MINOR REGISTRATION:

If under the age of 18 a parent, legal guardian or authorized adult (with a notarized letter) must be at event registration to sign all release forms. The parents, legal guardians or authorized adult must remain present while the participant he/she is responsible for is at the event.

This is a sample letter of what the authorized adult must have present at the event in order for your child to participate in the event.

To Whom It May Concern:

My child, _______________, who is _____ years old, has my permission to attend a Southern Extreme Arenacross event without me present on this date _________. I am sending my child with _________________ who has my persmission to register my child to race  in said arenacross race.I understand that this type of racing can be dangerous and that there is a possibility of injury and/or death. I have read and signed the minor release form provided, and required, by Southern Extreme Arenacross & Frog Capital Mx. I agree to all of the terms of the minor release form.I have attached a copy of my drivers license and of our health insurance card in the event my child needs medical care before, during or after this arenacross race.I can be contacted at the following numbers during the hours of this race:
